Production and dispatch time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Because prints are produced to order, dispatch times can vary slightly during busy periods or if a specialist print size/material is requested.

Shipping cost

United Kingdom: Free shipping.
International: Free shipping.

Estimated delivery times

UK delivery estimate: up to 10 days after dispatch.
International delivery estimate: up to 14 days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or local delivery conditions.

International orders, customs, and duties

International shipping is available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges that may apply in their country.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact jiripacka@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the damaged/incorrect item. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or resolution where applicable.
