Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases made through Othervariant at https://othervariant.com/. If you have questions before ordering, contact jiripacka@gmail.com.

Products

Othervariant sells photography prints and related photographic products. Product images, colours, crop, and presentation may vary slightly depending on screen settings, selected size, print material, and production process.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in GBP by default. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or availability errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. Payment is taken securely through the available checkout payment methods.

Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–5 business days. UK shipping and international shipping are currently free. Estimated delivery is up to 10 days in the UK and up to 14 days internationally after dispatch. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.

Returns and damaged items

Made-to-order prints are not returnable for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact jiripacka@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Intellectual property

All photography, images, text, branding, and website content remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a print does not grant copyright, reproduction, resale, or commercial usage rights.
