Othervariant photography prints are made to order. Please review your chosen size, finish, shipping details, and order information carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted made-to-order prints. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact jiripacka@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.

Where a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Return shipping

If a return is agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
